Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping rates (United States)
- FREE Standard U.S. Shipping on every physical order — no minimum.
Your shipping options and the exact shipping cost are shown at checkout before you pay.
Digital downloads
Printables and planners are delivered electronically by download link and are never physically shipped, so no shipping is charged on them.
Delivery times
Each product page tells you where the item ships from. Estimates are counted from the day you order and include order processing (usually 1–3 business days) plus transit. Items that ship from a U.S. warehouse: most orders arrive in about 5–10 business days. Items that ship from our international fulfillment partner: most orders arrive in about 2–3 weeks, and some orders can take longer during holidays and peak season. As stated in our Terms of Service, all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping confirmation
When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation to the email address you used at checkout. When the carrier provides a tracking number, it will be included.
Your shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to correct it before the order ships.
Problems with a delivery
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, or if something seems wrong with your delivery, please contact us right away so we can look into it and make it right. See our Refund Policy for returns.
