Keys to Fresh Space Living sells practical home organization and storage solutions for the kitchen, closet, bathroom, laundry area and home office, along with digital organization resources such as printable planners and workbooks.
How do I know if a product will fit my space?
Each product page lists the specifications we have confirmed. Where dimensions are listed, please measure your space before ordering. If a measurement you need isn't listed, ask us before you buy.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping within the United States is FREE on every physical order, with no minimum purchase. Your shipping options are shown at checkout before you pay.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
How long does shipping take?
It depends on where the item ships from, and each product page tells you which applies. Items that ship from a U.S. warehouse: most orders arrive in about 5–10 business days. Items that ship from our international fulfillment partner: most orders arrive in about 2–3 weeks. These are estimates, not guarantees, and some orders can take longer during holidays and peak season.
Will I get a shipping confirmation?
Yes. When your order ships, we email a shipping confirmation to the address you used at checkout. When the carrier provides a tracking number, it is included.

Returns and problems
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Please see our Refund Policy for eligibility and how to start a return.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Digital downloads
Do you sell digital products?
Yes. Our planners, workbooks and printables are digital downloads (PDF). They are delivered by download link after purchase, and nothing is physically shipped. Each product page lists the page count and what is included.
Can I share the files?
Digital downloads are for personal household use. Please don't share, resell or redistribute the files.
Orders and payment
How can I pay?
Checkout accepts major credit and debit cards, and express options including Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay where your device supports them. Checkout is secure and encrypted.
